Irrespective of the size of the client, Quokka Group stores all documents through secure cloud-based services. All online documents are hosted by servers that bear a minimum of 256 bit encryption (similar security to a big-four Australian bank).

As most apartments will have a dedicated Relationship Manager, any documents can be made available upon request. For transparency, documents can also be made accessible through digital sources to dedicated compliant individuals.

It is a policy of Quokka Group that we always look at the latest trends and partner up with both start-up and experienced companies in their relevant field. This gives the Committee the flexibility to decide what sort of business will complete certain tasks. 

Building Managers are a huge part of the overall experience and the Quokka Group ecosystem. In order to create a seamless communication pathway, we would recommend you consider hiring a Building Manager from Quokka Group. This is to ensure the same vision and passion are reflected and there’s no communication gaps.

Quokka Group currently hold Professional-Grade Indemnity Insurance. Documents can be provided upon request. 

Depending on the size of the building and the experience of key members including the Building Manager, the Public Liability Insurance may vary. 

Rest assured, all insurance policies are in accordance with the Owners Corporations Act.
