Systems and Software

The systems and software that we deploy will vary depending on our clients’ needs. 

For most apartments, we have developed a bespoke solution which we believe will elevate the building by the way residents are served. 

We have consulted our partners in Digital Owners Corporation Management who are at the forefront of predictive analysis through Artificial Intelligence and we have developed a mobile application which addresses the needs of residents in modern day apartment buildings. 

Among other features, the App provides for chat functionality, both through person-to-person and person-to-AI. This enables rapid response on a 24 hour basis. 

The app also allows for incident reporting, parcel collection, move-in and move-out, reservations, and short-stay (Airbnb) support. The App is both iOS and Android compatible and also has auto-translation for 30+ languages including Mandarin-to-English and vice versa.
